Promotional Events for 2012

March 21st & 22nd, 2012: Auctions and Aces
Wednesday afternoon’s Auctions and Aces event welcomes dealers to the lanes for a late model rental car sale featuring over 150 units. That evening, we welcome customers to the KCI “Kasino” and let the games begin. Customers bet the night away and return Thursday morning for our main event sale. Dealers have access to over 800 cars and trucks and enjoy barbecued beef kabobs in the lanes.


April 18th & 19th, 2012: Nascar Days
We celebrate one of the most popular sports -- NASCAR Racing. This Two Day Promotional Sale revs up with a Wednesday afternoon rental car sale featuring over 150 late model units.Later that night, guests are welcomed to a one-of-a kind NASCAR reception with special guest appearances from two NASCAR drivers. Our NASCAR Main event sale begins on Thursday morning where customers cruise through six lanes of auction action. Customers conducting business during the two day event will be entered for a chance to win a VIP trip to a NASCAR race.


May 16th & 17th, 2012: Great Plains Sale & Collector Car Auction
This two day event starts with a late model vehicle sale on Wednesday afternoon featuring over 150 units from the area's rental car companies and dealer consignment. Wednesday evening brings 100 Collector Car vehicles through KCI Auto Auction's action packed lanes for the annual Collectr Car Auction. Thursday morning's sale brings customers back to the lanes for over 600 units. Any dealer participating in the two day sale will have a chance to win a VIP trip to a Barrett Jackson Auction!


June 13th & 14th, 2012: Fish Fry
We salute the lazy days of summer as this two day event begins with a Wednesday afternoon rental car sale featuring late model units from the area's rental fleet. Thursday's sale welcomes over 600 customers to our action packed lanes while they enjoy fried catfish and hushpuppies as they work the sale.


July 11th & 12th, 2012: Corn Roast Sale
This two day event kicks off with a Wednesday afternoon sale featuring 200+ late model units from Enterprise Holdings, Avis Budget Group, and miscellaneous fleet and dealer consignment. Thursday's sale welcomes over 600 customers to our action packed lanes while they enjoy hot, buttered corn-on-the-cob as they work the sale.


August 22nd & 23rd, 2012: Guitars and Cars
Join us for the Midwest's Biggest Auction Event.....EVER!
This two day event starts off with a Wednesday afternoon sale with an exclusive 500 unit fleet/lease offering. Complimentary appetizers and beverages will be served to customers working the lanes.

The event continues that evening as we welcome customers to our facility for our Guitars and Cars Party & Concert.

Thursday morning we welcome customers to our action packed lanes for our Guitars and Cars Main Event Sale offering more than 2,000 vehicles. Any customer participating in the sale, will be entered into our post sale jackpot.


September 19th & 20th, 2012: Blues, Brew & BBQ
This annual event celebrates what Kansas City is best known for – Blazin BBQ! This two day event heats up with a Wednesday afternoon sale featuring consignment from the area’s most prestige rental car companies. Dealers enjoy fine ales, Kansas City style BBQ dinner, and a live comic performance after the sale. The celebration continues when dealers return on Thursday morning for our Blues, Brew, & BBQ Main Event sale featuring over 1,000 cars and trucks. We serve the area’s best BBQ during the sale and customers working the sale are entered for a chance to win thousands in post sale drawings.


November 7th & 8th 2012: Anniversary Gala
We celebrate and thank our customers with our two day Anniversary Gala and Celebration. This promotional event begins with a Wednesday afternoon sale offering 200 late model rental units. Thursday morning brings customers to our action packed lanes for more than 1,500 vehicles. All customers who participate in the sale will be eligible to win part of $10,000 in post sale prizes.


December 12th & 13th 2012: Holiday Sale
Celebrating the Holiday Season, customers enjoy hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies in the action lanes as they buy and sell. Anyone participating in the sale will have a chance to win part of our $5,000 post sale giveaway.
